Thomas Duroux

Thomas Duroux，Manager of Château Palmer.

In 2004, when he was 34 years old, Thomas Duroux took charge of Chateau Palmer. Before this, he worked for Chateau Ornellaia in Tuscany. He is both winemaker and agriculturalist, who has deep understanding about new world and old world wine making. According to his management, Chateau Palmer started trying making wine without sulfur in 2004. Last year, the winery had mastered the way of vinification that making wine with no sulfur added and do not control the yeast group Series. It is the only “natural wine” in Bordeaux.
